Shipping and returns
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States only, and shipping is included in the price. I pack and ship each order myself within three business days, by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email.
Returns
You may return a Puck within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email info@bradmoreroadcoins.com first and I will send the return address. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
If something arrives broken or does not work
Email me a photo and I will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send the broken one back.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach me. Washington State sales tax is added to orders shipped to Washington.
