These are the terms for buying from bradmoreroadcoins.com. They are written in plain English on purpose. Last updated October 14, 2026.
Who you are buying from

Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; I never see your card details. Washington State sales tax is added to orders shipped to Washington. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email from Stripe.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States only, with shipping included in the price, by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, within three business days of the order. Details on the shipping and returns page.
Returns and refunds
You may return a Puck within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email first and I will send the return address; return postage is paid by the buyer. Anything that arrives broken or does not work is replaced or refunded without being sent back. Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within five business days of the return arriving.
The product
The Puck is made one at a time on a 3D printer, and the listing says so. It is a display holder, not a sealed or archival capsule: it holds a coin by its rim behind acrylic windows and is not airtight. Coins are not included.
Warranty and liability
If a Puck fails in normal use within 90 days, I will replace it. Beyond that, the product is sold as described, and my liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.
